Some of our current challenges:

  • Scale the engagement process with contract-based energy market analysts worldwide, optimising the acquisition of critical insights into market structures and energy data sources in their respective countries.
  • Enhance the efficiency and speed of engaging software engineers on contract, streamlining work package allocation and deliverables management for integration with energy suppliers in their respective countries.

What will you do:

  • Work with the Energy team to scale and operate the process of engagement with energy analysts worldwide to deliver local market reports.
  • Work with the Product team to enhance the process of selection and engagement with developers worldwide implementing technical integrations with energy suppliers and networks.

Your skills and experience:

Having worked as a project and/or operations manager with experience building complex processes and managing internal teams and external contractors, at scale.

  • 5+ years in project management and/or operations role.
  • Experience managing engineering teams.
  • Having worked with delivery teams internationally.
  • Experience in the energy industry will be a plus.
