Summary

In this role, you will work with FlatPeak business customers in China and around the world to help them design and implement integration with FlatPeak. Working closely with Sales, Customer Support and Product teams you will have a significant say in the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a pre/post-sales technical architect or solutions architect for at least 3 years and will have a proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations in China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customer’s technical teams to design and implement integration with FlatPeak.
  • Engage with Sales team to apply customer journeys to sales process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to feed customer requirements to the product roadmap.
  • Maintain post-implementation support and drive upsell/cross-sell together with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience of one or more of the following would be beneficial:

  • Understanding of cloud-native applications, and big data technologies.
  • Having worked with large enterprise clients in verticals including EV OEMs, Smart Home/Building, HVAC, and Consumer electronics.
  • Basic to advanced developer skills will be a plus.
  • Command of Mandarin will be a plus.
