This list of Subprocessors (“Subprocessors”) accompanies the Terms of Service entered into between you, the Customer, and Flatpeak. Capitalised terms used in this Subprocessors that are not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. Flatpeak engages with third-party Subprocessors to help us provide Services to our Customers. These Subprocessors store Customer Data (data you submit to your Flatpeak account) and assist Flatpeak with processing it.

As Flatpeak’s business continues to grow and evolve, this list of Subprocessors may change. All Dashboard Users will receive notifications about upcoming changes via their registered email at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect.
