Issue Report - Flatpeak

This step lets the customer report an issue with a connected tariff or programme. The Flatpeak team uses these reports to improve tariff accuracy and provider integrations. Once submitted, Connect marks the connection as ISSUE_REPORTED and the Summary page shows the tariff as under review. The customer can continue using the app while the issue is investigated. After resolution, the connection returns to CONNECTED.

Actions

Following actions are supported when responding to Connect on this route:

Action	Result
`SUBMIT`	Restarts the flow from the Provider Selection page.
`BACK`	Returns previous page.
`CLOSE`	Returns `callback_url` you specified when creating the Connect token.

Errors

When you POST your response to Connect, the following validation errors may be returned:

Error Code	Error Description
`email_invalid`	Returned when email address is invalid.
`action_missing`	Action parameter is required.
`action_invalid`	Action parameter XX is not supported.
