FlatPeak Technology Ltd is a UK-HQ B2B software company providing real-time energy tariff data infrastructure. Our platform enables device manufacturers, energy software providers, and flexibility operators to access structured, machine-readable tariff data — enabling devices and systems to shift energy consumption to periods when electricity is cheaper and lower in carbon intensity. This report summarises our approach to corporate social responsibility for the year ending 31 December 2025. FlatPeak exists to make dynamic energy pricing accessible at scale. The energy transition depends on demand flexibility: shifting consumption away from peak fossil generation toward periods of high renewable output. Our infrastructure directly enables this shift. Our platform handles energy tariff data on behalf of business customers. As a software business with a lean, directly engaged team, we have low exposure to supply chain risks in this area. We conduct basic due diligence on suppliers and contractors to ensure they operate lawfully and ethically.
