What will you do
Lead technical and customer support operations for clients of all sizes, from multinational enterprises to start-ups. Working across Sales and Product teams, you will ensure customers receive the contracted level of operational and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Own customer accounts alongside the Sales team
- Own technical support rota
Necessary Qualifications
- Previous experience leading customer success/support teams in SaaS companies.
- Excellent command of English.
- Command of Mandarin will be an advantage.
